-60 mins (Airport / Cruise) , 25 mins (Hotel / Redidential) waiting time included
-$25 USD per an extra waiting hours
-Waiting period exceeding 60 mins (Airport / Cruise) , 25 mins (Hotel / Redidential) would be considered as Customer No Show, Non-refundable
-Full refund for any following sudden situation (e.g Weather / City event / Mechanical issue / Special traffic incident)
-Passenger responsible for any exceeding luggage of corresponding vehicle class slected
-Passenger are responsible for an extra Toll Fee, should the passenger has any route suggestion other than the regular route
-Gratitude is not compulsory, but encouraged
-Drivers are strictly prohabited to collect any amount other than Toll Fee / Gratitude during the trip, kindly contact our customer service agent should you experience any situation above.
